What is Action Learning?
Action Learning can be defined as a process whereby groups of stakeholders use real problems to acquire learning and implement system-wide solutions.

The result is that the Action Learning process can help individuals and groups become true learning organizations.
In fact, Action Learning is the building block of Learning Organizations.
