Bronze Service Level: 2-3 coaching sessions per month, 55-60 minutes each, by phone or at our Birkdale, NC, office, phone and email review of your written materials.
Silver Service Level: 3-4 coaching sessions per month, 55-60 minutes each, by phone or at our Southpark or Birkdale office, or at your Charlotte, NC, office, phone and email review of your written materials.
Platinum Service Level: Individual or group coaching with your senior leadership team, 3-12 coaching sessions per month, 55-60 minutes each, by phone or at either of our Charlotte offices, or at your local office, shadow coaching, workplace sessions, unlimited assessments, review of your written materials, unlimited phone and email access.
Gold Service Level: Active coaching. Individual shared physical activity of your choice that promotes conversation. Options include running, biking, paddling, climbing, gym workouts. 3-4 active coaching sessions per month for 45-90 minutes each, phone and email replies within 24 hours, unlimited assessments, review of written materials.
Expedition coaching: Individual or small group immersion in any setting. Outdoor or indoor, 1+ days. In your office, the wilderness, at a private resort, or at an island retreat... Your options are endless.
Assessment Inventories: These are often useful for analyzing your strengths. Options include DISC (your natural and adapted behavioral styles), MBTI (your personal preferences), Thomas-Kilman Conflict (your responses to conflict), Personal Listening (your preferences), Team Dimensions (your role), the Passionate Action assessment (your preferred domains) or other assessments.
