How does our coaching work?

• Individualized assessment intake to define measurable focus areas
• Individual coaching sessions 2-3x/month, over the phone or directly, 55-60 minutes each
• 6 month minimum engagement, because anything less rarely works. The average coaching engagement is 18 months.
• Group accountability sessions, 2-4x/month, over the phone or directly, as needed
• Assessments as needed

How much does it cost?

• A fraction of the value we bring to you
• Your investment is a pre-tax professional development
• Platinum Service level: Group and/or individual coaching sessions with your senior team. $4,000/leader for 6 months, then $650/leader/ month.
• Gold Service level: 3-4 active individual coaching sessions/ month, while doing a physical activity that promotes conversation. $4500 for 6 months, then $700/month
• Silver Service level: 3-4 individual coaching sessions/ month, over the phone or at your Charlotte office, $3500 for 6 months, then $550/month
• Bronze level: 2 individual coaching sessions/ month, over the phone or at our Birkdale, NC, office, $3,000 for 6 months, then $450/month
