Training Workshops

Several options are described below. These options are illustrative, and may be combined. All training workshops will be experiential, interactive, and customized for your company or agency.

 
a. Option 1. Workshops and group coaching offered by Action Learning Associates. 3 full day direct workshops, at least 2 weeks apart, with group coaching sessions calls in the interim. Each call will be comprised of smaller accountability groups of approximately 8 leaders who are geographically or structurally remote to practice and reinforce workshop content. Specific content areas to be determined.

 
b. Fees for Option 1: USD $16,000 (Assessment, team report, 3 full days of direct training workshops, individual coaching, 8 hours of Group Coaching, for up to 12 leaders, participant manuals, evaluations)

 
c. Option 2. PeopleTek Leadership Journey programs offered by Action Learning Associates. As described at www.PeopleTek-Coaching.com, these 12-session courses can be offered in direct training or virtual training modules. All include online assessments, 360 feedback, individual coaching, and content manuals. Provides essential leadership skills beyond the NAIFA-LILA program, provides direct examples to the financial services industry.

 
d. Fees for Option 2: USD $2,600 per person for virtual Leadership Journey, $3,300 per person for direct Leadership Journey (Assessments, report, 12 sessions -90 mins each if virtual, 180 mins each if direct, 360 assessment, individual coaching feedback session, participant manuals, evaluations, minimum 10 people)

 
e. Option 3. Webinars and online coaching described at www.eLifePlans.com, offered by Action Learning Associates. These monthly webinars provide content, accountability, measure attendance, and results. Use activation code DG6479 for free 30-day trial.

 
f. Fees for Option 3: USD $110 per person/12 months (subscription to eLifePlans.com accountability structures, individual coaching session, monthly webinars)
